Fall 2015 In-House Throwdown

Get ready for another In-House Throwdown at CrossFit Riverfront. On Saturday November 7th, starting at 900 AM, members will be facing off to take the crown for the top team in the Box!
Teams of 2, same sex (M/M and F/F) Team Throwdown. Two Divisions, Heros (RivFit style) and Champions (CrossFit stlye). Sign-up at the front desk and on the first white board!!
