CrossFit is a ideal for anyone who wants to experience a high intensity, whole body, muscular endurance workout.

RIv Athletics uses Mayhem Affiliate programming for weekday Crossfit classes. With Mayhem, we structure programming around 6 week cycles that build and test strength, skill set, capacity, and mental resolve.

The scalability of CrossFit means that anyone, at any skill level, can join a class and work within their abilities. Our certified team of coaches will guide you through the workouts designed to strengthen and enhance your body.

Crossfit WOD

CrossFit’s Work Out of the Day (WOD) includes simple and functional movements designed to strengthen and enhance your body. The universal scalability of CrossFit means that anyone, at any skill level, can pick up the movements.

During the 60 minute classes, we’ll stretch, work on skill elements, and complete the daily WOD in an atmosphere built upon community, passion, and fun.

RivFit & RivEndurance

RivFit and RivEndurance classes are our take on boot-camp or circuit style training blending traditional and non-traditional fat burning workouts. Classes contain a strength/skill portion and a metcon (metabolic conditioning), boosting your strength, stability, balance, and overall power. RivFit is perfect for the beginner athlete looking to shed weight and body fat, or for the serious athlete looking to improve overall cardiovascular performance.

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting class, also known as OLY, focuses on improving total body strength.

Each class will focus on an Olympic Lift, Power Lift, and accessory movements to help improve the overall strength and power of each athlete.

Whether you are a long-time skilled Crossfit athlete or a beginner, OLY is the perfect class to refine your lifting technique.
