If you are interested in dropping in for a class or taking advantage of our Open Gym while in Wilmington, come join us at Riv Athletics. We have a variety of weekday and weekend class times that will fit your schedule.
CrossFit drop-ins must already have training on the fundamental movements (squat, snatch, clean, jerk, etc.) of CrossFit.
If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to complete a waiver.
